What is your return policy on wetsuits?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all wetsuits, provided they are unused, have the original tags attached, and show no signs of exposure to chlorine or saltwater.
Do you offer professional gear servicing?
Yes, ADRENO provides certified maintenance for regulators, BCDs, and dive computers. Contact our support team to schedule a service with our in-house technicians.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All equipment sold through ADRENO Ocean Outfitters comes with a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
How do I ensure I choose the right size for fins and masks?
