Aqualung Legend 3 Elite Regulator - Din

A new piece of high-quality Aqua Lung material, the LEG3ND range boasts the same great features as the Legend 2 with improvements to make a good regulator great. Similar to the Leg3nd MBS regulator, but with the added independent micro-adjustments so you can finely adjust breathing settings to suit your needs.

Aqua Lung Leg3nd ELITE Regulator - (DIN) Features:

- First Stage -

• Auto Closure Device (ACD) - keeps corrosive water out of the first stage inlet by automatically closing as the CORE is removed from the cylinder valve
• This prevents internal lubrication from washing away
• Safer for elevated percentages of oxygen
• The inlet filter stays dry and clean
• Cold Water Performance - Achieved using three anti-freeze properties:
• A dry inner chamber, including no ice, by isolating the chamber.
• Deep ribs for a larger heat exchange surface to prevent ice formation. Improving from the Glacia and Legend 2 by 30% and 70% respectively.
• An overmoulded cap to prevent ice forming on the external diaphragm.
• Overbalanced or auto-balanced
• Working Pressure Adjustment - As your depth and pressure increase, the working pressure of the 1st stage increases proportionally for optimal breathing effort.
• Ergonomic Design - DIN screws made from a bi-material to create a 'soft grip' surface. This makes it easier to handle with cold hands.
• Specialized ACD Dust Cap - Attached to reg body - protects the inlet fitting/ACD system.
• Port Positioning - strategic positioning of the HP and MP ports give optimal hose routing
  

- Second Stage -

• Sideways Flow Over Diaphragm - created by the front cover opening
  
• Radial openings prevent the reg from freeflowing in strong currents
• Widened openings reduce the peak inspiratory flow by 20%.
• Overmoulded Air Purge - the wide surface area makes purging easy and the purge depth controller optimises air-flow.
• Comfobite Mouthpiece - Aqualung's patented mouthpiece is a great addition for comfort in this reg - no more mouth fatigue!
• Mouthpiece Clamp - it's detachable and reusable and doesn't require tools, with no plastic waste.
  
• Enlarged Heat Exchanger - to prevent the 2nd stage from freezing over.
• Air Channel Deflector - directs airflow evenly during inhalation and the streamlined bi-material deflector reduces exhalation effort.
• Hose - Flexible and lightweight Aqua Flex Hose. Comes with dual protectors.
